So, this past weekend was amazing! Magic Man and I, along with Monkey and my younger sister attended a Christian music festival. It is always so inspiring to me to see people who are sold out for Jesus, using their bestowed gifts and talents to praise the one true God. No doubt he enjoys to see the same thing!
I can remember looking around at the people on the Friday night and feeling so at home. It's really hard to describe, but I felt an overwhelming sense of belonging. Back home, meeting a fellow believer is always such a joy, and I was given the wonderful opportunity to be surrounded by brothers and sisters lifting up the name of Jesus. I think we all need weekends like this; weekends where we can be reminded that we are part of a family (God's family). Where we are encouraged, strengthened and united by our shared love!
